SO much for extensive fabrication experience. I called to get a price quote for a stainless steel flat-top cooktop. Easy, square, 3 side folded up with welds in the corners. The first thing I was told "this would be very expensive". I didn't start out asking for an economy price. "It won't work". Who gives a rat's A%$. A company with 37 years experience should be able to say "what would work better is...". Anyway. What a waste of my 5 minutes.

I went into Arrow over three weeks ago for a custom piece that I needed for my business. It was important to me that the work be completed before the Thanksgiving holiday due to my business being closed for the week. I was assured that the work would be complete. After several follow-ups, phone calls, and emails, I did not receive the work on time and have yet to do so. Not sure where my experience will go from here...
